Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Review procedure for all manuscripts

  • The journal publishes only unpublished texts.
  • If the journal's management deems the article admissible for review, it will be submitted anonymously to two reviewers with expertise in the field.
  • Selected articles will then be revised in light of their comments, with minor or major corrections.
  • The journal team reserves the right to subsequently make editorial corrections to ensure the readability of the articles.

Manuscript Submission

  • The journal publishes primarily texts in French and occasionally articles in English. Articles must be between 4,500 and 7,000 words, excluding the bibliography.
  • The first page includes the title of the article in English and French, the author's name, professional affiliation, and email address.
  • The manuscript must include the following elements in French and English: the title, a 125-word abstract, and five keywords.
 
  • Manuscript Formatting The text must be double-spaced in a standard font (Times New Roman, 12 point), with justified alignment and 3 cm margins.
  • Titles are presented in bold and subtitles in italics.
  • Pages are numbered at the bottom right of the page. Notes, numbered in Arabic numerals, are placed at the end of the text.
  • Book or journal titles, as well as foreign language words, must be in italics.
  • Initials and acronyms must be placed in parentheses, following their meaning, without punctuation, upon first mention.
 

References and Bibliography References are always inserted in the body of the text as follows:

  • Reference without citation (Rossi, 2021; Collins and Bilge, 2016; Molenberghs et al., 2014; Taylor 2004, 2002);
  • Reference with citation (Werbner, 2018, p. 15); When there are three or more authors, use "et al.";
  • For a forthcoming work, write (Tremblay [forthcoming]). In the bibliography, write [forthcoming] in brackets as well.
  • Only references cited in the text appear in the bibliography; Place the bibliography at the end of the text. Use APA 7.

The articles of the journal are available in open access. Starting from January 1, 2025, the journal requests authors to publish their articles under the CC BY 4.0 license. Authors retain their copyright.
